Igår lagade jag vegetarisk biffar till middag här hemma??✨?? Barnen gillade dom inte, men jag och KP tyckte dom var smarriga?? Lykke äter som ni vet bara halvfabrikat så att hon inte ens ville smaka på biffarna gjorde mig inte förvånad. Blev en burk ravioli till henne istället? Adelie brukar smaka på allt och gillar oftast allt så jag blev förvånad att hon inte gillade biffarna. Kanske det var så att hon blev avis på syrrans vällagade mat? ? Så det fick bli ravioli för henne också.
Det blev många biffar över, men bra för mig som nu har lunch hela veckan??✨??
Att Adelie inte gillade biffarna gjorde mig som sagt förvånad för smaken på biffarna var väldigt milda med en lätt smak av spiskummin. Spiskummin som är i tacos och som Adelie älskar? Jaja, det kanske var konsistensen som gjorde henne osäker?
Halloumiost har ju en speciell konsistens vilket jag älskar??
Dessa biffar var lätta att göra. Goda, saftiga, nästan lite söta (pga sötpotatis) och milda i smaken?? Går ju att krydda på mer av chilli?
Bra vardagsmat helt enkelt✨ Jag serverade mina med krispig isbergssallad och tzatziki gjord på gurka, turkisk yoghurt, vitlök, olivolja, salt & peppar.
Isbergssallad kan både vara min favorit sallad och en hat sallad? Jag måste ”tillreda” den på ett speciellt sätt för att den ska bli god. Tycker den oftast smakar jord annars. Blä!
Jag skär salladen i tunna strimlor. Lägger salladen i iskallt vatten och låter den ligga i vattnet så att salladen blir krispig. Sen sköljer jag av den i en sil?? Gör så skillnad!
